Position Title: SAP/BPI Trainer
Ideal candidate will be located around one of the below locations:

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The BPI/SAP Trainer is responsible for training all customer-facing associates on all applicable Airgas systems and processes including SAP, Google Kite, Business Warehouse, and others. Candidates should be proficient in all Airgas operating systems and able to effectively deliver training to a variety of associates including: New hire, acquisition, and retraining existing associates needing to expand their knowledge on Airgas systems. This role is responsible for creating a high level of competency and practical use in all Airgas operating systems for all customer facing associates which will ultimately lead to an improved customer experience due to reduced errors and increased accuracy.
In particular, you will:
- Work closely with the Regional Leadership team and Area Branch Operations Coordinators (ABOC's) to identify SAP skill gaps and develop specific training content to address and eliminate identified gaps
- Deliver hands-on, classroom and / or virtual training to associates
o Prepare and facilitate scheduled training sessions
o Manage attendance and administer training content
o Collaborate with business team members in a positive and constructive manner
o Communicate with Branch, District, and Area leaders to continually improve the effectiveness of training in improving customer experience
- Develop and maintain training content including all materials and aids
o Work with business partners to develop and/or maintain virtual and classroom training content including training aids, documents, videos, webinars, and "quick tips"
- Support in-person development during branch and plant site assignments
o Work one-on-one or in small groups performing "on the job" training
- When not actively engaged in training, provide support associates via phone, chat, or email for immediate assistance with SAP
- Additional projects and duties as assigned
