We are currently seeking a Technical Architect - M365 Specific - Remote in US to join our team remotely within the United States, with expected global travel.

This Senior Technical M365 Architect will be based out of the United States, working remotely, with some global travel expectations. This Architect is supporting one of NTT DATA's prominent client's needs, whose headquarters are based out of Scotland, United Kingdom (BST time zone). Please expect for there to be travel to Scotland initially with the ramping of this client's project (roughly 4-5 weeks expectations), with minimal travel afterward, so you will need a valid passport to be able to be considered for this opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Reviewing current client system and environment from M365 implementation and usage perspective and document the finding - functionality, customization and configuration measures
• Validation of current environment and configurations from M365 perspective (assessments / gap analysis / remediation recommendations) and document
• Understand the target system / application environment and proposed products and configurations and assess the compatibility or potential issues/gaps from M365 integration aspect
• Plan and design the M365 integration process, including creating documentation
• Act as the M365 platform technology lead - Front ending the interactions with the client, vendors and other stakeholders on M365 related discussions
• Support the PM in planning and preparation of the Implementation/integration project schedule, dependencies, interfaces, constraints, etc.
• Assist in completing project deliverables
• Support secure onboarding of applications along with proposed integrations
• Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications onboarding and validation
• Help with remediation of misconfiguration or issues identified
• Provide guidance and leadership as a Senior staff member of the team

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in O365/M365 Collaboration and productivity suite
• Must have implementation experience of M365 solutions and interfaces, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power BI, and/or Intune, etc. for large enterprises
• Must have experience with Office 365 support technologies including but not limited to, Active Directory, DirSync, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies, Proofpoint, and/or DLP, etc.

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce M365 products and services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen and a commercial outlook
• Strong Azure and AWS skillsets would be ideal
