Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR Technology thought leader to become an important part of our high-energy, fast-paced, and innovative culture. The Director of HR Application Technology is an important position reporting to the Senior Director of HR Technology. The position will be primarily responsible for the development, support, maintenance, stability, and optimization of our HR Technology ecosystem to enhance our employee experience and further our transformation vision. This position will be responsible for creative thought leadership, organizational strategy, and execution of core HR business initiatives. This leader must be well versed in HR and Technology stakeholder management.
We are looking for a communicative leader that is highly motivated, passionate, and detail oriented. This leader will come with deep HR technology and people leadership expertise. They will have a proven track record for leading complex initiatives that lead to business outcomes across a data-driven HR approach.
To succeed in this role, you must have a history of developing high performing teams, hold a keen understanding of the decision-making processes, be able to build relationships with functional leadership, and the ability to systematically improve data driven decisions in a complex environment.

Job Specifications:
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round

- Expected Pay Range: $129,900 - $166,950 + annual bonus + equity
- Lead and develop our HR Technology Team, ensuring solid succession planning, and maintaining long-term organizational strategic designs.
- Partner with our HR Business Teams and Technology Teams to both maintain and advance our enterprise data-driven HR roadmap
- Translating business needs into technology enablement with associated business implications
- Partnering to implement our transformational HR New Direction program, which includes:
- Stabilizing our existing ecosystem in preparation for the transformation
- Identify improvement areas across people, process and technology
- Implement new HR data-enabled strategies and capabilities
- Help to prioritize technology investments and implementation path
- Facilitate in-person and written program discussions with senior business and technology leaders through a commanding grasp of business acumen and storytelling.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic business needs, and use that knowledge and those relationships to drive effective prioritization to deliver long-term strategic value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with HR platforms (Oracle/PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Workday, Workforce Management, SuccessFactors, ELM etc.) and managed services.
- Direct hands on experience with Vendor and Relationship Management.
- 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex context.
- 6+ years of experience guiding and mentoring managers through the process of unlocking the talent potential and enabling a high performing team and culture.
- Hands on experience managing system Audits & Controls on PII data & SOX related details.
- Hands on experience managing and leading development, QA, and support resources.
- Good understanding of architecture and infrastructure components such as application, web, and databases.
- Good understanding of infrastructure and application security, updates, integrations, and upgrades.
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills that translate into the ability to explain and “sell” concepts and technologies to business and technology leaders.
- Must be comfortable working in highly collaborative environments; must be able to learn new and emerging concepts very quickly.
- Information strategy experience is a plus.
- Experience in implementing data-driven employee experience is highly sought after.
